Refund & Return Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible. To cancel your order, please contact our support team at support@envorobo.com with your Order ID. Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.

2. 7-Day Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day easy replacement policy for all our GPS trackers. If the product has a manufacturing defect or is not working as specified, you can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and the invoice.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that returns or replacements are not applicable for products that show signs of physical damage, water damage (unless specified as waterproof), or unauthorized tampering. Subscription charges for SIM cards and software platforms are non-refundable once activated.

4. Refund Process

In cases where a refund is approved (e.g., cancellation before shipping), the amount will be credited back to your original payment source within 7-10 business days. We do not provide cash refunds. For any delay in refunds, please contact your bank with the transaction details provided by our support team.

5. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or replacement, please email us at support@envorobo.com with your order details and a clear video/photo of the issue. Our technical team will first try to resolve the issue remotely. If a physical return is required, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on the shipping process.
